    • Manuscripts should not exceed 6 pages in length and must follow the formatting guidelines prescribed by CRC Press / Taylor & Francis for conference proceedings. Additional pages may be subject to extra charges.
    • Authors are requested to prepare manuscripts in A4 size format using the prescribed conference template. CRC-Template

    • Only papers presenting original research contributions, innovative applications, or significant experimental/theoretical results will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings.
    • Only registered and presented papers will be eligible for publication.

    REVIEW PROCESS

    • The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
    • We use an online CMT portal system for the submission and tracking of papers. Authors submit their manuscripts through the portal, and the submissions can be accessed by the admin accounts created for the conference committee members.
    • After a paper is submitted, it will be received and viewed by the committee members through the admin portal. The committee first carries out an initial evaluation of the manuscript. This includes checking whether the paper is within the scope of the conference, is under the stated plagiarism limit, and is as per the format and conference guidelines.
    • If the manuscript passes this initial evaluation, it is then assigned for review to two relevant reviewers available on the portal, based on their expertise in the subject area. The reviewers evaluate the manuscript and provide their review comments and suggestions.
    • These review comments are forwarded to the authors, and the authors are asked to revise the manuscript accordingly. Once the revised manuscript is submitted, it is again checked by the editors to confirm that the review comments have been addressed.
    • The manuscript is then sent to the reviewers for the second round of review. In this way, there are two rounds of review in the process.
    • After getting decisions from both the reviewer’s editors will release the final decision of the paper and its final review comments.
    • As per the conference policy, we maintain research paper quality, Geographical diversity in authors and acceptance rate below 20% for this conference. all the review process is through the automated system and there will be no manual interventions. all the submissions system logs will be stored for record keeping and Auditing Purposes. it will be made available to publisher whenever it is demanded.
